Make sure they are sharp and hit Send!

Seriously though, are you having problems cutting or just curious?

Yes I am having problems when weeding out small size fonts, small edges of the design are still loosely attached to the part that has to be weeded out. Especially the sharp corners.

Yes there is. Ask for a 60 degree blade. This is the one that is recommended for doing designs with a lot of turns.

CAMM-1 GX-24 Servo Desktop Vinyl Cutter

It might help a little bit if you try to increase your down force or adjust the pin (on the right side, there is a slider that you can adjust). Weeding small letters and items is no fun - especially on Friday! TGIF!

I do small stuff all the time for glass work,,, make sure your blade is adjusted for your cut materal,,, slow your cut speed down to a creep,,, adjust your down pressure,,,, slow and steady is the key,,, a 45 blade should work fine if it is sharp,,, no old blades fore cutting small stufff,,, put some extra weed cut lines in,,, and be patient,,,, or just maybe re think the design as the weed time can drive you nuts... on my cutter program signcutx? has a setting to cut small fonts and other stuff.....

Maybe try adjusting your knife offset. Sounds like it is off a little bit. What program are you using? Also like Roger said, slow the speed down to a crawl it makes a big difference.

It is kinda like micro-adjustment for downforce. When you set your downforce, it goes up by 10 grams. The pen slider is if you need to adjust it to a setting between 10 grams. It is also used to make adjustments if you put your blade too far in or not enough. I typically don't adjust this that much, but it might help you for doing smaller designs / lettering.

Try putting the cut material in the fridge before weeding. (This only works if the cuts are correct already)
It causes the material to shrink a touch and eases weeding when working with tiny pieces.
