I bought a refine mh-721 which seems to be a great plotter. But when i design in inkscape (can't design in signcut) it wont import or if it does it will only import one letter im using a laptop with vista if anyone have had this problem please help i'm pulling out my hair.

I know that Inksacpe works natively with .svg files, are you importing those or are you exporting them as .eps and then importing that? Also are you converting the text to outlines/curves? You may need to do that.
