Default Full color Banner printing - do's and dont's, suggestions

Hey, I am going out on warped tour with my clothing company. and i need a 2x10 banner. I have been shopping around and cannot find a decent price. I was hoping someone here that has ordered one could refer me to a good source that has a pretty fast turnaround. And since it is for outdoor weather, possibly some "do's and dont's" of ordering banners online. I need it to be 100% custom, but only black and white. Any suggestions? I will be hanging it on a 10x10 EZ Up white tent. I think the DPI of your design needs to be at 300dpi, am i wrong though? Any advice would be so well apperciated!

I'm sure if you post a commercial request in the classifieds, you could get some responses here from members with the right equipment to print it for you.

oh, another thing....

FedEx Kinkos has a thing called the "Best Price Promise"

They will beat anyone's quote on a job... so if you find something for cheaper, print it out and bring it to kinkos, and they'll beat the price
