Need to Register?

Ok I need some help again. I have my lap top(windows vista), I have corel draw and photoshop, I have a heat press, I have transfer paper (not to happy with the out come though..Any tricks to make it look professional?) Got my c88 epson printer, I guess the real question is because i'm not happy with the final product with iron on transfers If I were to buy a vinyl cutter What do I need to make sure I am buying exactly what I need. This is a discription of what I would be buying is this all I need is it all compatible am I going to run into any problems. Is anything missing or gonna hinder me from making shirts? Oh ya and I have shirts

Includes USB and works with Flexi and other popular software through standard Roland PNC1000 drivers
Signcut X2 Software Package included
option of unlimited use of LE version
or 3 year subscription to PE version
(PE is the highest end version).
Three connectivity options:
Parallel, Serial, and USB
USB connection is accomplished through serial conversion
Standard USB cable and conversion driver included
All Cables included
Floor Stand
All Cables included
3 Blades included
Pen adapter (use to plot instead of cut)

What is the name of the cutter and the price.

Sounds to me like it's a US Cutter as that is their description and no you shouldn't have any prroblems other the maybe Corel Draw and Photoshop not working on vista, if they are an older version.
