Default spectracut II question

I have a roll over yellow spectracut II. When weeding it, sometimes a letter will come up off the backing. Not the whole thing but like a corner or top of a e when I pull out the middle part. I push it down and sometimes it stays down but most often it does not. Will it press if its not down ? If not what can I do to fix it. ?

THanks
Mark
I have been learning my cutter so haven't pressed yet.

Yes you can still press it, just be careful it is not folded over when you press it.

Like David said, it should press fine as long as it's in the right place. You might nudge your cutting depth just a little bit lower if the letters are consistently pulling off the backing. They should not pull off if the blade is cutting all the way through the vinyl.

I used the same spectra II color. That's the nature of the beast. Like those above said it will still press just fine. It is a great product and I love using it on large items but for small detail stuff I have to go with multicut which has the sticky back. Lou
