Default Place to get banners

I've seen numerous people use vinyl decals to put on banners. My question is where do you get blank banners? There sort of a plasticy feel to them and can vary in size.

Thanks

I use sign mart at Welcome to Sign-Mart.com. Your Best Single Source for supplies, fabrication, services and advice. for their banners continually.. I do about 10 or more banners a week.. If you buy more than 6 of a certain size at a time you get an addition discount of i believe 10%.
good luck and if you have any question on production of the banners let us all know.. we be a helpful bunch
