Default Vinyl, Flock and DecoSparkle, Oh My!

Hello guys and gals...so i'm waiting for my Roland GX-24 to arrive and i'm looking at buying some vinyl rolls....so far i'm going to go with Thermoflex Plus for the regular vinyl.

Now, my question is that i want to buy some Flock (velvet material) but don't know which brand to buy because checking out some sites there's a bunch of different ones... Any suggestions? Just want something that will stick to uniforms and be a bit fuzzy

And finally, what is this DecoSparkle stuff? I'm not sure how shiny regular silver vinyl is, but i would need something like this...look at the silver and gold outlines on the numbers...

Do those look like regular shiny gold vinyl or is it something else? Sorry for the tough questions, but you guys are the pros!

Cheers from Canada,
Sacha
