Default Is this the best cutter for me?

Im on an etremely tight budget. I already have my shirts, a few transfers and I've been experimenting with some designs. My handy dandy "razorblade" and a steady fist, is all I've been using to "trace" my images. This is just some supplemental income and I have no intention of forking over hundreds of dollars on some cutter so I saw this doozey on ebay for about 50 bucks. Will this handle like 20 shirts a week?

What's the unit? The Epson 2200? If so, the cutter is just to slice rolls - "Photo 2200 comes with an easy-to-use roll paper holder and automatic cutter for a quick, simple way to create borderless 4" x 6" photos."
