I recently read the thread discussing a problem with Spectra cut II white. I think I understood that it was caused by an old batch of vinyl. I want to buy white vinyl for simple lettering on royal blue cotton tshirts and noticed the Spectra Cut is a better price. Any one have another opinion on whether it's "Safe" yet? And any opinion/experiance about using white vinyl on a royal blue 100% Gildan woman's tshirt is also more than welcome...I'm real new with vinyl.

AFAIK, Spectra Cut is fine, I have never used regular Spectra Cut, I have only used their Spectra Cut II, which is thinner vinyl and better for multi layered designs, also SCII is 19 inches, where regular SC is only 15 inches if I am not mistaken.

Anyways, I have not ordered any since they never returned my call about the issue on the white, so my answer is no it is not solved yet. Until they return my phone messages I will continue to use Thermoflex Plus white and say the problem isn't solved. BTW, their colors are great and I continue to use them.
