Not cut vinyl but a big vehicle wrap we did. here is a job that we did thurs.. took us 13 hours.. It was our first job of this size.. the truck box is over 16 ft long and 6.2 ft high. Thought i would post it so you all can see why i dont have as much time to do my t-shirts as i would like.. lol..

Re: Not cut vinyl but a big vehicle wrap we did. yes we did vertical seams.. each side had 4 panels and the back was 2 panels. We overlapped about 3/4 of an inch.. which is a bit more than we would need to be better too much than too little.. lol..

It has like an alligator texture adhesive back that allows you to get air bubbles out easily..
and yes its best to laminate it..
