Default Not cut vinyl but a big vehicle wrap we did.

here is a job that we did thurs.. took us 13 hours.. It was our first job of this size.. the truck box is over 16 ft long and 6.2 ft high. Thought i would post it so you all can see why i dont have as much time to do my t-shirts as i would like.. lol..

yes we did vertical seams.. each side had 4 panels and the back was 2 panels. We overlapped about 3/4 of an inch.. which is a bit more than we would need to be better too much than too little.. lol..

thank you.... You know i was sooo scared the day the truck came to do.. I have done big vinyl but.. nothing this big before.. lol..

Very nice susan, what type media did you use? Do you need to laminate these kinds of jobs?

we used oracal 3551 rapid air Oracal Digital Media from Ordway Sign Supply - (800) 967-3929

It has like an alligator texture adhesive back that allows you to get air bubbles out easily..

and yes its best to laminate it..
