Have a great day!

Im not sure about vinyl but i have pressed transfers over the zipper before. I just stuck a piece of cardboard with a small slot cut in it so the zipper will set in the slot, making all the fabric on an even surface.

Glad I could help with the tip, unfortunately I have 3 seperate orders coming up starting tomorrow for a total of 110 shirts and I couldn't get anyone from Imprintable to call me back today to see if they rectified their white problems so I had to order thermoflex plus as I can not take a risk of that many shirts and they are all going to be white "vinyl". The freezer/fridge/cooler trick does work great for me, but I wasn't comfortable doing that many shirts and having to resort to "freezing" them all. I will still use the white on occasion but I will have to revert back to thermoflex plus for my big orders until someone from Imprintables can call me and we can discuss whether or not the problem has been rectified.

I spoke with Josh last week regarding the issue with white. Imprintables believes the issue had to due with older stock, and the issue has been resolved in the new stock.

They may not have returned your call as they have moved over the past weekend.

I just heat pressed a transfer express design on a zipped hoodie. Didn't even have to have the zipper on the platen - as it was a left chest design - but did have it on any way.

SEALED the zippe together!! Melted the puppy, well at least it will make a nice LOOKING sample
