 Allover heat tranfer... HOWTO???

I and I have a question...
One of my customers is bugging me... "When are we going to do an all-over ltd
run of tees?" is his constant question.
I've figured out that I can simply cut, 40 stars, placing them onto the tee and
press it. But that'll be quite time consuming (5 mins per shirt?). And every shirt
will be different, a plus or not, depending...
So I thought that I might place the stars on 3 carrier sheets per side, 2 sleeves
and the body. It will take some extra time, but I'll be able to speed up the pressing
(remember, electricity is not cheap...)
My question is: does this sort of adeshive carrier sheet exists? If so, how can
I get it?
