I've spent the past hour tryna cut some flock with my Roland GT-24... I've got a whole line of little testcircels now, with some the plastic layer was cut, but then the flock wasnt, and with some testcircels ALL of the material was cut... which leaves a nice round hole lol...

I've been playing around with the settings...but i can't seem to work it out.. Does anyone know what settings to use? (force etc?)

you dont want to cut through plastic sheet, Ibelieve a 60 degree blade is needed.
