Default I really dig this cutter stuff!

Hi All,

I just did another design with my vinyl cutter. I really am enjoying this puppy. I guess I have had enough practice on my own vehicle now lol. Since my wife refuses to let me practice on her car I'll have to order some t-shirt vinyl and start pressing shirts. Here is the latest design, hope you like it. By the way, the vinyl is Oracle 641. I stated in another post it was Avery but was mistaken.

Well I don't wanna respond with a silly answer either. It is the blade that came with my machine. Not sure but it looks to be a 45 degree blade. Still new to the whole vinyl cutter thing myself.

A 45 works fine for outdoor vinyl.

Hey Terry, you still have some windows left on that SUV. Get busy and get them covered up!

Nice logo, good job.

yea, a 45 degree blade is fine, that is what my Roland GX-24 came with too, the 90 degree blades are for more detailed work and smaller decals...I love cutting vinyl!

I use a 45* on all my work. I havent found a real need to buy a 60*. If you know the design is going be detailed all to hell, slow the cut speed down. I have also found, that converting everyting in my design to curves, I get a nicer end product.

I use my 60* just for reflective material as it is harder to cut.

My fingers don't always do what my mind tells them too either. I am not sure where I got the graphic from for this design, I'm always grabbing interesting things that I run across in the hopes of one day being able to use them. I also have a gal that does special requests for me from time to time. I can't beat her prices either, she has a brother that is a Marine so she helps me out for free!
