Default Vinyl prints

Hi,
I am totally new to this. Is this form of printing applicable for 1 or 2 tees or is DTG more cost effective?.

Vinyl is particularly good for one or two tees (nothing to stop you doing more, but after a certain point it's generally going to be more practical to get plastisol transfers).

Totaly agree. I will go with 12 vinyl but if the client wants more then I will get them done with plastisol. Not saving a lot of money but sure less labor.. weeding can be time consuming..

For DTG, James (vtec44) posted his tjet "estimated cost per shirt printing" data sheet. He usually uses the maximum 2USD value on that data sheet for his pricing calculations.

When you say 'printing' are you talking about a picture/photo?

Vinyl is a one color per layer kind of process. (There are some sparkle and specialty vinyls of course) Vinyl looks like solid color screen printing. (not like a photograph)

If you need pictures, then DTG is very nice. You can also dye sub or use an inkjet and transfer paper.
