Default Black elastic vinyl: how to apply?

Has anyone out there used the black elastic film. I bought a roll of it and like the potentinal however I dont understand the process to pressing it seems to have a mulitlayer process unlike the white film need some help

Here's an application sheet. This material is kind of tricky, it has 3 layers in order to give it the elastic component.

From back to front:
Layer 1 Mylar Backing
Layer 2 Secret Stretchy Stuff
Layer 3 Actual Vinyl or Film

Cut through the first two layer, down to the mylar. Then follow this tech sheet: If you have any questions give me a call or post it
