Re: Screenprinting tshirt with thermoflex on top I've attached a photo of a print we did last week. (My camera takes horrible pictures, sorry for the bad quality.) This is a left chest print and is a combination of plastisol and ThermoFlex. The screen's stencil had all the graphic except the name, that area was intentionally left blank. We printed all of the shirts that way and then came back and put each teacher and student's name on with ThermoFlex. This worked like a charm.
Are you asking about putting ThermoFlex directly ONTO cured plastisol? I've never tried that but it seems that it wouldn't work very well. I think you'd want to experiment with that.
You seem convinced that ThermoFlex is going to wash out or crack or peel. I've wash tested ThermoFlex (and Hot Mark and others) on my own clothes and if you apply it correctly it's going to last for the life of the shirt.
