Hi,
First thing that comes to mind is object orientation.
I use Signcut Pro with an LP 24. If you were used to using a different program, SC Pro may be trying to cut your graphic in a different direction. Look closely at the icon for object orientation in SC Pro. It will show you what direction the graphic will be cut.
If that's not it, repost and we can try something else.
