Default Thermoflex bad batch

I use a lot of thermoflex and once in a while i would get a bad batch Design will be stuck on the transfer too much so always have to cold peel or it gets peeled off when trying to hot peel. It also is harder to weed. Although the weeding part is much like an excercise the thing that bothers me the most is when it slows down production.. Doing multi color jobs i would have to wait for the color that is the bad batch and cold peel then continue on ... then do same process over again.. So my question is... do you guys just keep the roll and not complain or try to get a fresh roll replacement. If you do get fresh roll.. will shipping be covered by the supplier? Or do you not get much bad rolls? I use up a lot of thermoflex so i probally get one bad roll every 20 rolls...

Default Re: Thermoflex bad batch

I have never had a bad roll that I know of, but if I really thought there was something wrong I would contact the supplier and expect not to pay shipping. You have to remember that what you pay for shipping is not the same that they pay, so it is not difficult to get free shipping on an issue like this...First because it is their product that has failed and secondly because most companies make a profit on freight.
