Default Vinyl on hoody

Hello Guys,

I got an order on doing some(10) hoodys for a school team.

I am putting vinyl in front, sides, and back.

Any tips of how to do this on a 16x20 press?

I got the designs done, and have done front and back, but the arms I may need some tips on getting it done right.

Thanks,

Giovanni

I use a teflon pillow in the sleeve to do mine. also in the body of the hoodie so that I make sure the viny had good even pressure. Good luck. Lisa

I cut a new mousepad to size for the sleeves and slip it inside to press on.

I'm also new to heat pressing. I just made a hoody for myself as practice w/ no problems. Why do you need the pillow, etc...?

The pillow comes in most handy when you're pressing...say...a name on the back of a 3 button placket polo. If you didn't have the support there, you would brobably have pressure issues because the press can't lay flat on the vinyl. As for the sleeve, it helps give it some shape for placement.
