 ProCut CR630 knife won't drop?
Greetings folks,
I am brand-new to the vinyl cutting world, but I've been creating artwork for such application for years.
I invested in a new Procut CR 630, and have it all setup, installed fine with Vista, have good comm with the unit etc.
However, the knife does not drop down. I can't control it down or up with the control panel, and during the self test, it goes through normally, except the knife(pen) never goes down. It passes the test.
Anyone ever have problems with the knife not coming down on this type of cutter? I un-boxed it today, and it's brand new, did I miss something in the packing instructions? There were two zip ties holding the cutting mechanism in place for shipping, but that's all I saw. Those have been removed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
