Default Circles cut egg shaped or spiral

Hi
I have been using my Refine mh721 laserpoint to cut flex for tshirts with no problems and recently offered to make a friend a house for sale sign out of some vinyl i had been given (Oracal 651) But when cutting the vinyl it stretchs and bulges and all circles end up ovals or spirals. I then tried some banner vinyl i had (JAC Serisoft 3 Year Banner Vinyl) but got the same results. Also no matter what pressure i set the cutter rollers too they leave a roller track on the vinyl. I have tried adjusting the blade pressure but still the same. any one any ideas??

Maybe the blade isn't sharp enough and it's moving the vinyl instead of cutting it smoothly?

Thanks for that I changed the blade and it cured a lot of the problem but still left the circles a little egg shaped and it was then suggested that the speed was to high which cured the rest of the problem.

Thanks
