I am interested in finding someone to give me prices on images produced on a roland printer . Do you price by the piece, color, or foot?

We price by the sq ft on large items like printed vinyl and banners. By the unit for heat transfers and yard signs.

Does the background of the transfer need to filled in or can some of the shirt color show through?
Could I send some artwork and you see what I'm talking about?
