Hi I'm new and my son passed on to me his Creation PCUt 630 and trial sign blazer software. It worked fine on my desktop computer which has crashed. Now I have it on my laptop and it won't communicate with the cutter. They have downloaded the driver for vista and tried other cables but no luck. I have an order that I need to get out this week. Does anyone have any ideas or do you have a phone number that I can call for support either on the cutter or the software?

Is your vista 32 or 64bit?

I (personally) and others have had problems with the 630 and vista 64.

From what I've discovered.. Vista and Creation products didnt get along too well :/
