We have place our order for the new printer waiting to get it up and running, we will post news as we go, So far we have had GREAT communication with Harry at Equipment Zone and we are happy with that. We have been able to talk to a human every time we have call so far. We have high expectations for this dtg printer and the growth of our company.
WOW! This has got to be the best printer for dtg there is. We got our printer in, built a table to put it on the table. Javiore came to our store and set up the software and printer and taught us to us it, WOW! prints great vivid colors and fast too. We have done 5 jobs with it so far and my customers are very happy with the shirts. We have raised the price of shirts and our customers think it is well worth the value for the print quality. Now with that being said, the software that comes with the printer is awesome as well, you can set it up to tell you the cost of the print based on how much ink you us. Let me tell you that the printer uses less than they say it uses, so PROFFIT'S are going to improve. JMO, if I were going to do this again with the knowlage I have now. I WOULD CALL AND JUST ORDER THE VELOCI-JET AND GET STARTED. Very easy to learn. Now lets talk about the phone calls from tech support, I have talked to someone evey time and all the problems so far have been my fault! My error! solved them quick and back to printing, so review based on MO.

the printer is great, we are please with the quality and the amount of ink that it realy uses. with my epson 4880 i would have spent 2 times as much on ink that what i do now. be sure to look at all the options of all the printers before you buy, would i buy this again? YES. it is a great printer
I have it running the Veloci-Jet for 4 months, and so far it has exceeded my expectations and I love the Speed-Treater it help me get perfect white prints. The EZartist program helps me keep my ink cost down.
Have Been buliding extra holders for the veloci jet. I have made a short sleeve holder works great have been designing ones for koosie, pocket, bags, long sleeve, and working on a hat holder. we are pleased with the printer and it's preformance, I am still adjusting for different looks.
