Default Re: Printing help?

I thought the other thread you started was quite informative in terms of the answers you were getting.

if I remember rightly your looking at dtg because of the number of colours and the small amounts you want but you'll need to find someone with a machine that will do big enough prints as the designs looked quite large, was that the gyst of it?

I don't know anything about dtg so can't help you I'm afraid.

If your ultimate goal is to have a thriving online store or retail space in your town or be a designer (3 totally different things IMO) then the first thing I would do is get yourself a well written business plan.

This will help you focus your goals and also realise what compromises you may have to make to get the idea off the ground depending on how much capital you have to invest and which route you want to go down.

Hi,

if you have lots of designs that are good why dont you sell them on commision through some kind of fulfilment?

as you are not going to be able to print all of those or even close to some of them unless you have loads of capital, but what you have are designs something that not everyone has all you need is someone to fulfil your orders and get you publicity.

or print some of your designs as samples and take them to a shop and see if they will sell them on sale or return.

or sell on a website and get very good at online promotion

You are in a good position here if your designs are any good think carefully about what you do with them th are lots of options.
