Im looking to print my own catalogues to post around locally, however I cant seem to find that really thin paper that they use (i.e the little dabs catalogue that comes around) can anyone point me in the right direction?
Most catalogues are printed with an offset printer, they use huge rolls of paper. The company i work for has theirs printed on 40-something gsm paper. I dont think its possible to run this paper through a normal printer as its too thin
why was this thread forgotton about like that, it is possible as im planning to this, but trying to find the right type of paper also, i do know you need paper that as a gloss finish, this is if you want photo's as i do.
Also the GSM i would be looking to use is 80, for the inner pages and 220-250GSM for the cover.
I do understand it is not possible to run the thin paper that the printer use but there must be something out there for the ones wanting to print their own?
Any suppliers in the uk or info would be much appreciated
