Anybody within the UK done this, I already deal in licenced merchandise and we have just had the biggest leeds festival ever with the best lineup possible Kings of leon,Kasabian and others virtueally every single band that played leeds festival i do there t-shirts, over 70,000 people attended it this year thats a big market to sell to what i want to know is how can you get your foot in the door and sell at these festivals legally, would i have to approach my supplier and seek there permission or actually contact the festival organisers, Any help with this would be truely appreciated

Contact the festival. These things will be booked up well in advance so i would get on it ASAP.

With the big festivals you should expect to get a lot of people browsing and very few sales in comparison to the footfall as a lot of people will just be wasting time between bands. If the weather is really bad you will need to expect a higher than average soilage of stock.

The of a pitch at Reading fest was £2500 ( was in the paper in the week), You would need to sell alot of shirts for that return.
