Default Gold/silver foils for screenprinting

Hello all,

I am a screenprinter, I am about to get ahold of some adhesive from Union Ink that is printed like a standard ink through the screen onto the garment. The next process is to semi-cure the translucent adhesive. To finalise you remove the garment from the platen after being partially heat treated, lay the garment flat on a heat press, lay a piece of foil over the design, clamp the heat press down as standard, wait for a given period of time, lift, pull the foil, and hey presto you have the foil stuck to the area that has been screened with the adhesive. Ive seen this done, all very impressive and you can obtain some really effective results.

However!

Where can I obtian high quality foils capable of such a procedure?

Crown Roll Leaf in NJ. A 24" x 200' roll is about $40+-. Give a call and they will send you a sample. Ryonet also has some foil but I haven't tried theirs yet.
