Hi i have a question about copyrighting, Id like to put a edited design of a famous person onto my shirts. I have been told that this might be illegal as I dont have permission to use the said images however another source has told me that if I edit the picture in photoshop then I can use it how I feel....????

Could someone spread some light on this issue for me please

I think this subject has been covered before and sorry I don’t remember the outcome.
I guess it depends on how different your picture is to the original. If it’s completely different and unrecognisable from the original you will be ok but if it’s just a slight change and obviously the same you may have a problem. As Ruch1v has said it will also depend on who it is in the picture.
