It's a small world after all! I had fantastic technician Dimitris (Greece) work on my software setup a week or so ago and since then no problems with errors. I love my Texjet and other than the Serv Error that kept rearing it's ugly head I have not had any serious problems. I feel it's great value for money comparing to others available on the market here is South Africa. I have visited the new web but feel that there is not enough technical information or prices on consumables available for users....but I guess it will be addressed in the near future. I've heard that you must NEVER upgrade the firmware on your printer, is that right? Also how do I update my RIP software.

i m new texjet user and i m not fully satisfied with suport manuals i have i can t resolve tsues i have with my machine, maybe this is becase i m beginer.
tell me is it normal to go trough non geniune cartridge setup every time i turn machine on ?
why when i chosse from software to print 2 or more copies of the same job they are not printed in the same place second copy is printed around 10 cm beyond printing place?
and is it normal to get message no maintance tank when platen moves to front?
is there any beter manual for machine to download and what about those function combinations i m awere only on combination function+2 for printing white layer
what are function+ 3 and +4 for? this isn t explain in manual

Greetings! We recently purchased our Texjet here in Sweden. Not 100% fully satisfied just yet but getting there. We are having a great deal of problems getting supplies from our dealers due to the strike in Greece and wondered if there was other places to purchase necessary supplies?

I've been using the TEXJET printer for over a year(T-shirt printing shop in the center of Athens,Greece) and I'm very happy with it and with the customer and technical support of Polyprint crew in Thessaloniki!!

Have you checked your humidty?? As we have had similar problems (not all color related such as this) some of them were fixed simply by getting our humidty in the room the printer is in to be 40-50%. Even though it may seem nothing is clogged it could mearly be a flow problem caused by humidity
We love the machine and even though we have had difficulties with our printer (and dealer here) we have gotten OUTSTANDING help from George and the employees in Greece!
