Default Sleeveless tee re-labeling

I recently started buying blanks rather than manufacturing my own shirts. I can better control the inventory that way. But, I am finding the process from start to finish to be more of an adventure than I expected! My biggest challenge is with re-labeling. I ordered great labels but after the seamstress ripped out the original label and sewed my in, it looked less than professional. Any tips so that the buyer can't tell it's a re-labeled blank?

Find a better seamstress. The original one should not be ripped out at all. The threads should be cut, the old label removed, then the new label put in its place and sewn. Done correctly, you should not be able to tell.
