Default using anothers label

Hello. I have a question and thought someone out there may know the answer.

I am a screen printer and have a teeshirt 'brand'/'logo' idea. This will be a licensed brand name.

Can I put my logo on, just for an example, a Gildan teeshirt? I've read here about taking labels out and putting in your own. Is that legal? Claiming, for example, a Jerzee t-shirt as your own label?

Thanks in advance,
Beth

Yes, once you buy a shirt you can do with it what you want. Putting your own label is certainly not illegal and most companies, including huge brand name ones, do it.
