Hello,

How are tags like this made?

Do they have blank pre-made tags like this you can buy?

Or do you have to buy the material, and have them cut and sewed yourself, then you give them to a screenprinter to print on?

If it's the latter, what type of material does the tags I've attached look like?

The tag is just loop-folded.

You can get printed tags like this from almost any label vendor.

Check out the vendors on the left menu bar, and they should be able to help you.
