Hi, I was reading like when your manufacturer is done making your garments, would they be sent to you, or to a packing agent, OR do some manufacturer's have their own packing agent department? Like once the garments are done being made, they need to be sent to a packing agent where they pack the garment, hang tag the garments, fold the garments according to how the buyers expect the garments to be recieved on their end or else you (the designer) will be charged a chargeback (which is avoidable). Any suggestions?

Hello Cody,

Some manufactures do have a pack and ship dept. but you don't want to use them to do both jobs.
A third party fulfillment center will assist not you only in shipping and packing but also additional quality control regarding the work the factorry has done.( and you want the added qc) any good firm should be able to handle the following tasks.

UPC tags
Hang tags
Fold and bag
EDI
Customer service call.
Process CC payments.
Process payments with factors.
