Default Launching Online Store: More Designs Better than Less?

Hi folks,
I'm launching a Spreadshirt shop and have a simple question. Right now I have about 20 designs, and I wanted to get your thoughts on whether it would be best to launch with the full line and then add new designs as I come up with them. OR, is it better to have fresh designs, in which case I should hold back a few designs and add them more frequently.

The T-shirts are not going to be a primary business for me, but I'm hoping to use the T-shirt shop to direct traffic back to my business' blog. More traffic to my blog, whether it comes from search engines or T-shirt sales, means more traffic to my business (flight instruction).

Thoughts?

..well, if you're looking for more traffic perhaps add t-shirts at weekly intervals or something...launch with 5-10 or so designs maybe and make it very clear that you'll be adding tees weekly..this might get people to check back to see new designs and a few of them might eventually get funneled to your blog whereas they might have missed it the first time...

both have there advantages, but i'd say put them there all at once when starting out,and then slowly drip the rest of the designs when you have more of a loyal following of your brand

I'd launch with a majority of your designs then release a few every couple of weeks.

When you launch a clothing brand, you're going to need to spend a ton of time marketing it.
In the first month or so, you should spend your free time marketing it instead of creating new designs. If you hold back a handful of designs, you can release "new" shirts without spending time designing them, thus freeing up more time to push your brand.

Your aim is to direct traffic to your flight instruction buisness blog through a tshirt store? I dont thinkk that traffic would be qualified (unless of course, the tees had a theme of airplanes) -but even then the logic seems abit backwards to me.

Forgive me if im wrong, just my thoughts...

As a clothing line that's starting out I would say invest your money wisely. Print a few and learn from your mistakes. Then slowly bring out the other shirts. You will also get a lot more blog posts about you when you release new shirts every month rather than just in the beginning.

As a spreadshirt store do them all at once. It's not the same thing, you won't ever get rich off of it. The only people that get rich is spreadshirt.
