Been doing some research on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising.

To broaden my research i just wanted to post on the forum to see if anyone is using or has used PPC and if so, their experiences.

I suppose my main question really is;

If you already rank highly for your nominated keywords, is it necessary?

I think it is definitely worth having both. I dont know the exact stats, but I think somewhere like 35% of people search the paid ads and the rest search natural results. If you place high in natural, cpc for that same word I think is needed as, you dont want to lose the other 35% of potential customers.
