Hi All,

I took over an existing company last year and wanted to find out about how I can get additional business without spending a fortune on advertising.

We're a supplier of custom t-shirts, mugs, totes, etc. At this point we print full color laser heat transfers on white or light colored t-shirts. We also sublimate mugs and other gift-able products. So, this is where I am at...

We can't afford to upgrade our current processes, like going to DTG etc, and I need to make money so we can stick around. So how exactly can I get more customers? Right now we fulfill for distributors when they have small jobs that noone else will do, very small runs like corporate mock-ups, walk events, small company events, family reunions etc. But that is not enough to keep us in business.

We also handle blind fullfillment for several ecommerce websites, but that's currently a few here and there. So, anyone have any wonderful ideas? I would like to stay in business (and not have to get a second full time job to support this company).
