Default 1st run of shirts

I was woundering how many shirts should i make on my first "real" run?? My plan was to make a total of 6-12 shirts for the summer. I have alot of poeple ready to help me to wear my stuff. From popular local singers to family and friends. Is 6-12 shirts to much for a start up???

Hi Kenzo,
it depends on where you live. If you live in a little community of 100 people, 12 thirts are ok, but if you live in a bigger town, try to print 50-100 cheap tshirts (i mean good tshirts, good garment, but REALLY simple tshirts), in only 1 colour. In this way you'll have better visibility and won't spend a lot of money.

What are your goals for your shirts. Is it name brand recognition for your business... or is it to have your shirts be mass marketed eventually? The more people wearing your shirts the better. If you feel like your designs are good...look for a local event or street fair where you can get a booth and see how well they go over. It really depends on your niche. I say that you pick a niche that you are comfortable in and then market specifically to that group. Visit my blog for more ideas.
Just my 2 cents.
