Default [maybe a tip]youtube channels/promos

this could be a tip....not sure...

well, i decided to toss up some quick "promo" videos for the line....nothing really editted but enough to give a teaser to what :2:37am: is about.......

also had a radio interview on one of the urban/hiphop stations here in detroit 102.7fm

luckily i have some people in the music industry that made a few theme tracks for me..... so thats cool.....

the videos show where my influences are regarding to my designs and building style

youtube link below in sig.

discussions are welcome.....

I think I've read a couple of posts about using youtube to promote a clothing line. Not sure if it generated actual sales, but I'm sure it helps to get the word out:

I have been using forums to get my site hits and it works. I just post asking for constructive comments about my site. Some block me for spamming even though im not spamming and im an active member of those forums. I really do want the criticism but oh well let them think whatever. I did get some hits from it non the less i just hate being considered as a spammer when i really did want the feedback.

OK, nothing says t-shirts like those videos?
I'm lost, as my name implies.

Some forums don't allow for those type of posts. If you're going to use a forum for promotion, I would highly suggest that you make sure that your posts fit within the guidelines of those forums. Even if you're an active member of a forum, sometimes your post will come off as spam if your "request for feedback" is clearly way to just get hits for your site and especially if the forum doesn't allow those type of posts.

i know that the videos really dont show the shirts....it's the idea..... plus i just wanted to toss up some "teasers" about the name......

once i get a better editting program i'll make some better teasers..... but all that footage was from last year and prolly should have had a large light behind the camera for some extra light...

just trying to build the name......

i have talked to a few marketing people and they say that the more "stuff" you can toss on the internets then the better for searches........ and for crossreferences of products.....

reason for the blog also......

i think the more you make an appearance on the internets then the more traffic you could build from.....

i know from 2000-2006 i had an average of 4-8 visits to my site.... regarding my archiecture work..... but since i got the line going...i average about 35-90 visits a day... from 2006 till now........

i have a stat counter that shows where my vists come from so then i backtrack and see the threads/forums that they were posted on....... sometimes it's my friends or random people that post my site or add me on their links....
