hello ....i just need some opinions..........i have a t-shirt line that has blown up alot more than i thought .........i did some underground marketing,small runs and some sponsorship for about a year and i got alot of Local opinion leaders to wear it so the response had been alot better than i thought, so i have decided to offically launch it for the christmas season ..oh by the way i'm down in the caribbean Trinidad to be exact .The name of the line is Trini Urban Fashion -TUF you can check it out on facebook.So i have a few questions i need help answering .

1:What sort of quantities should i start with ?(i have like 15 designs).

2:It's a patriotic Brand so i have people in the US,Canada and Europe wanting to purchase it .What is the best method of spreading it around .

I think the decision will rely on information that only you are privy to...

what kind of investment are you willing/ able to make, versus what kind of market potential you realistically have or don't have.

also how are you handling distribution, how will your printer handle increased demand, etcetera...

Hi Andrew. If planning on selling Europe, do remember that it is a multi lingual continent. Ideally you would be seeking the services of a European distributor, to be able to ship at cost effective freight quantities.

As your brand is not yet established in other countries, you may find it a lot more difficult trying to find a distributor, especially when the cost of international shipping is added onto the price of your products. I shipped eight tees to Canada just a few days and the air freight costs came to $50. Shipping in pallet quantities, the cost per item gets significantly lower.
