Discuss the fun task of marketing a t-shirt shop. Where to advertise, link building, word of mouth, press releases, search engine marketing, keyword advertising, magazines, etc.
I haven't used any of the online print services, most of them charge astronomical setup fees. I've been thinking about making my own magnetic business cards, but the blanks are pretty expensive.
We get our business cards from 4over.com You have to have a resale licence..
Im not sure if thats where we got the magnets ones tho..
It was prolly either there or at Uprinting.com
It sounds like you might be doing a bit too many for this method, but in a previous occupation I just ordered a bunch of magnets from somewhere (can't remember - I think it was an office supply catalog) with adhesive on them that were cut to the size of the business card and took my existing business cards and stuck the magnets on the back by hand.
Probably too expensive for your application, too..
Big business! Before I sold my commercial printing company I was an ASI (Adverising Specialty Industry) member. We made a lot of money selling products like magnetic cards. Try Google and compare prices, hundreds of pages. I would stay away from companies like Vista print and easy access suppliers they probably charge too much for resale.
Check around your area for a local digital printer. They usually can do this and specialize in quick turn arounds and small orders. I should know, I work for one.

I think you can find a company that specializes in magnetic cards and products rather than going to one of these everything print houses. Printing equipment, commercial printing equipment and companies specialize in printing certain products. Look for a company that advertises itself to Realtors (big users for this type of product). You will get better prices.
