Can you tell us more? What do you want this sales rep to do exactly? Or do you need more of a marketing person?

Are you looking for a full time person? You can place ads on sites like monster.com

Maybe try to find a marketing/consulting firm that has contacts with retail stores in your area.

Try to do a search for "apparel sales representatives" by state. Sometimes you can find reps listed on competitors sites. I believe there is even a book you can purchase to get a list of apparel-specific reps by state. Put a huge list of contacts together, start calling and ask if they are taking on new clients. Some may reject you because they have a similar brand they are selling, but most should be receptive to taking on new lines.

You may also want to consider raising commisions from the standard 10% to 12-14% to give a bit more eccentive.

You could try rephunter. Also, if you search the forums for sales rep, you'll find some great older posts that talk about finding a sales rep.
