Default Contacting vendor through ftp site...

I contacted a vendor online about my shirts & posters and they invited me to submit the info to an ftp site, ftpdropoff.store.com. Anyone know how to deal with this? I was going to send a letter, email, phone call, whatever. But I'm thinking I need some sort of ftp program like I used to use for my website, but that had password protection.

Are you using Windows? If so, you can go to "my network places" & create a new "network place", using that ftp address. It will act like just another explorer window, and you can drag-&-drop your files into the ftp folder.

That's cool, I've got an old PC I can try that with. What about a mac?

fetch is the classic ftp program for mac. there used to be a "lite" version you could download for free.

Having used both Fetch & Cyberduck, I would recommend the latter; easy to use, simple and free!
