Default What have you bought from a cold call?

Let's hear what you have bought from a cold call, either from the phone, or someone who came into your shop.

Why did you buy from them?

Are you happy with your purchase?

From a fella that came into the shop, we bought our internet connection plan.
Why? because he came in right when we were trying to hook up another company and having extreme difficulty. Also, he was friendly, had a shirt and tie on, had a briefcase, cards, and knew his stuff!

Happy? Yes, anytime we have had to call for tech support, its been johnny-on-the-spot, and issues were taken care of.

What did I buy? Chocolates
Why? because its chocolate silly!!! But also because the little girl could name every flavour in her box!!!! (she was really little, and cute cute cute)
Happy? Yes!! It was from a local chocolatier that I had never had before. Because of that particular chocolate bar, I will purchase that chocolate for gifts and whatnot. (I thought it was as good, if not better than lindt!!)

What did I buy? Cleaner called Thriller
Why? because I know it is a good product. The fella that sells it is one of the last true door to door salesmen.
Happy? yes! The stuff even cleans windows without streaks!

What did I buy? MCI phone service (5yrs ago in old shop)
Why? because it was cheap
Happy? No, the billing was always wrong, and it was very difficult to get the service cancelled.
