Default Red Ring Marketing package

So Ive been know to have some rather odd marketing ideas. This is the newest one that I cooked up on the train on my way to work (idea central I tell ya).

Long story short, my stupid XBOX Red Ringed the second I started playing Modern Warfare 2... awful awful experience but I saw it as an opportunity nonetheless. So I put together a Kool Aid and Oatmeal gift package. Why Kool Aid and Oatmeal? It happened to be in my house. I dont actually expect them to USE it (because that would be silly) but still.

SMSG Kool Aid and Oatmeal gift package and party invite

I have NO idea if this is going to work or create any "word of mouth" but a lot of people here ask how to market their product. I say just do it and be creative, be ridiculous... be completely stupid. As long as it gets people talking. I plan on sending at least a few more of these so see where it goes. If it fails Im out like 20 bucks and a few minutes of my time.

Then I'll move on to the next idea.

Really just do the first thing that pops into your head. Thats where the math problem idea came from basically. Most of these ideas arent that expensive (which is easily the best part).

Keep on truckin.

It's so crazy that it might just work. Keep us updated with how this goes. Sometimes the off the wall idea does have some merits.
