For embroiderer Carol Reinhard, owner of Creations in Faith, Kerrville, Texas, a love of lace and making beautiful things is what inspired her to design and create this Edwardian Purse, a one-of-a-kind piece that earned Reinhard her first Impressions Award in the Embroidered Stock Designs category. "I originally made the purse for myself," she says. "Then I received the Impressions Awards contest information, and decided to enter just for the fun of it. I never thought I would even get an honorable mention — I have never won anything before!"
