I've been running a SS shop that I have been tweaking for the past 2 months or so:

I have placed two "QC orders", most of the items using flex designs from Illustrator eps files. I am extrememly impressed with the quality and durability of flex transfers, not to mention SS's great turnaround time and STELLAR customer service. Without going into detail, there were some errors in both orders for which they offered exchange (free return shipping) or 50% credit. Great options. What is concerning is that I got the same courteous email both times, with no particular interest in exactly what went wrong. This doesn't exactly instill confidence that the same errors won't happen again. For this reason, I am holding off on widespread advertising.
So I am curious to know about other SS shop keepers' experiences regarding errors.
Also, compared to Cafe Press and Zazzle, is Spreadshirt the only one of the three that does flex? (My experience has been that CP and Zazzle ask for raster images only-leading me to assume they do
DTG only.) Any feedback is appreciated!
