I tried sending an email to Spreadshirt and nothing happened so i don't know if it sent or not.

So i thought I would post my questions here in case the email system was down.

I've been researching all the fulfillment services to see which is the best option for me and I'm still a bit confused.

I want to print our Visual Reviews on t-shirts, the designs vary drastically in colour and details. Examples are on the website. We want to attract people that are into art/music and extreme sports so we want good quality t-shirts but not designer quality. The type of t-shirts we wear are usually surf/skate branded t-shirts like "Skin", 'Vans", "Howies" so this is what we want to aim for.

Firstly, I wanted to know if i have control over what t-shirts my design goes on and what colours it will be sold or does the customer have the choice of the whole range of t-shirts and colours?

Secondly do any of the fulfillment services offer customized tags/labels which i can put my logo on?

I hope this makes sense as my brain is overloading with too much info right now!!

Have you tried the Spreadshirt forums?
Their own staff are on the forums answering any questions you might have.

I just tried to register to use the forum and it states

"Sorry, registration has been disabled by the administrator."

If anyone can answer my questions here that would be great, if not i will try to email again if i don't get a response from them in a few days.

Hi Angelbws,

With our Classic Spreadshirt shop, you create the products your customers can purchase, so you do have control over the products offered, which designs are offered, and what colors. With our Designer Spreadshirt Shop, which is only available through our Premium Service, the customer can create their product, so all of our products are available in your Designer and the customer can design their own purchase.

We do not offer custom tags for the products. All products would be sent out with the tag from the Manufacturer, so if the shirt is American Apparel, then the American Apparel tag would be in the product. With our Premium account, however, a feature is for you to upload your logo to the Invoice, so instead of the Spreadshirt logo on the Invoice, your logo would replace ours, as well as emails customers received would include your shop name and link back to your Spreadshirt shop.
