Default Using text - Vector or Spreadshirt Designer Based

I have checked around the forum and some of the faq's for spreadshirt so I thought I would ask here.

If I am designing a shirt with only text on it I know the best quality comes from when you do vector uploads but for money wise is it better to just do it using the spreadshirt designer.

Does anyone know if the text from there spreadshirt designer is a bad quality compared to using a vector design of the text.

Thanks in advance for any help

Anything you make with text in Designer will be vector.
